Fusion project
Within the framework of the merger by absorption between the companies Noatum Logistics Spain, S.A.U. (as absorbing company) and Actanis, S.A.U. (as absorbed company that acts under the brand Noatum Project Cargo) and in accordance with the provisions of article 32 of Law 3/2009, of April 3, on structural modifications of commercial companies, we proceed to deposit and make available the common merger project formulated and signed by the management body of the aforementioned companies, as well as the rest of the legal required information.
